AWARD POLICY

  • Each category will recognise the top three positions:
1st Position
2nd Position
3rd Position
  • Winners will receive awards and certificates.
  • Results will be announced on the competition day.
  • Participation certificates will also be given to all participants.
  • Winners will be selected after careful evaluation by the judges.
  • The judges’ decisions are final.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

 
  • Participants at DA’WAH-THON 2024 are expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Any attempt to gain an advantage through intimidation, discouraging remarks, inappropriate actions, or manipulation will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Delegates must maintain a respectful and professional demeanour throughout the event.
  • Engaging in any remarks or gestures that target or disrespect another’s beliefs, ethics, or moral values is strictly prohibited.
  • Actions that compromise the security and integrity of the event, such as damaging property, accessing restricted areas, creating excessive noise, or sharing confidential information with unauthorised individuals, will lead to disqualification.
  • Once participants leave the campus, re-entry on the same day is not allowed.
  • The use of foul language or any behaviour that promotes violence will result in immediate disqualification and removal from Interschool DA’WAH-THON 2024.
  • It is essential for all participants to treat the event management team and custodial staff with the utmost respect; failure to do so will incur the aforementioned consequences.
  • Delegates are required to follow all instructions provided by the event organizers and adhere strictly to the event schedule.
  • Electronic devices should be used responsibly, ensuring they do not disrupt proceedings or cause disturbances to others.
  • The judgments made by the judges and sub-event heads are final, and any disputes will not be entertained.
  • Participants must also maintain cleanliness and ensure that the event area and facilities are kept tidy.
  • Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
1.Verbal or physical abuse
2.Threatening behaviour towards any participant will result in serious consequences.
